Reports are coming in that armoured units belonging to the London based Ten Field Force have been ambushed by terrorists supporting Welsh freedom fighters in Ross on Wye.
Thames Weekend News has established that the recent heavy rains and flooding forced the armoured column to use suburban streets in an effort to find alternative routes of advance. At least one tank has been destroyed and several others damaged. The Clash Action Front have claimed responsibility.

I wondered when the border war would reach my old home town! Hurrah for the Taffs.
ReplyDeleteNice to hear the sweet "Leyland" notes of the "Berlin Brigade" Chieftains chugging into the fray! All Taffs with "sticky bombs" (or is that "Taffy-Apples"?) to the fore!
ReplyDeleteAye Rusty.
Cool- this should be good :)
ReplyDeleteHi Mark,
ReplyDeleteJust a quick note to say the first batch of cold war Brits arrived today with more to come, as well as Argies, so I can have a go at Falklands/Winter of 79 games.
I may even introduce some of my mercenaries, back home from Angola, into the latter games.
A couple of questions - I see Tony's Card Models website is down. Do you know why? And are his models available elsewhere?
Thanks,
John
